Colours are very difficult to photograph. We try our best to portray the nearest colour possible but sometimes there is still a variance. We request that you kindly keep this in mind while placing your order.
Orders within the UK might arrive within 3 working days after processing if there aren't any unforeseen delays. Deliveries to any other countries could take between 7 - 15 days, sometimes more. The delay is mostly because the package needs to clear customs in both the sender and receiver countries. The process may be further delayed if any information such as the address, phone number, or e-mail address is incorrectly provided.

We will communicate the problem and a solution with you within 3 working days and if a return is required, you can always return the product for a refund.
Some products are imported from other countries. For such products, we can only restock them when a certain quantity is reached for restocking. This is because shipping costs are very high for a container and we wouldn't be able to provide a good price for items if our logistic costs are high.
