At BuyFeltFabric.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the order placement date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
  • The product has not been cut, altered, or damaged in any way
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Policy for International Orders (orders from outside of the UK)

No Returns or Refunds: International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds on postage.
Customs Taxes: If customs require payment of duties or taxes and you fail to pay, resulting in the package being returned to us, there will be no refund for the international postage charges.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please store the packaging and label safely, as claims without these items will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-cut or custom-sized fabric
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item, packaging, and the invoice provided within the package.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error or a faulty product

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

5. UK Consumer Rights

This policy is designed to align with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 under UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
